Sunapee with a Top 10 Most Romantic Rating in NH - ("Top 50 in New England") containing a public restaurant, spa services, outdoor pool & 5 acres with cross-country ski trails. The second was a rambling Country Farm Inn adjacent to Ragged Mountain Ski & Golf Resort which accommodated up to 45 guests, and included an indoor pool & hot tub. Having personally bought, operated & sold 2 inns, we have the expertise to advise both buyers & sellers in all aspects of purchasing an inn and then successfully reselling it.
